Cancellation Policy
In the event that you cannot make it to a scheduled appointment at Women’s Way, you must provide notice within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If it is possible, your appointment will be rescheduled though it is not guaranteed that an alternate appointment time will be available. There will be no reimbursement for canceled or missed appointments. With at least 2 weeks prior notice, unused services may be rolled over due to scheduled time out of town or for other planned situations balanced by pro-ration. The cancellation / appointment change policy is the same for individual and group sessions, but does not apply to group courses, such as Weight Loss Journey. Missed group course sessions may not be made-up or reimbursed.
Termination of a program prior to the contracted program length will result in a $300 cancellation fee.
