Mind/Body/Spirit Classes
Every woman, regardless of whether or not she participates in other services at Women’s Way, is welcome to attend any or all of the Mind/Body/Spirit Classes. These classes provide a designated time and place to practice building the skills of self-awareness, self-acceptance, connection with the whole self (mind, body, and spirit) and connection with that indescribable and infinite force beyond (God). These practices are integral to healthy, sustainable weight-loss.
Each class is 45 - 60 minutes in length and costs $25 for women who are not individual clients at Women’s Way (with the exception of Silent Prayer/Journaling, which is a $5 donation). A pass to participate in unlimited classes can be purchased for $100 per month. Feel free to drop in for any class, but please make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled before class begins.
Individual clients at Women’s Way can attend any class at any time for no charge, and are required to attend at least one Mind/Body/Spirit Session per month.
All Mind/Body/Spirit sessions are listed below in calendar form, and there are descriptions of each class under the calendar. If you are interested in a class, but have questions about it, please feel free to call at 329-8897.
