It takes a lot more than diet and exercise to lose weight and keep it off. It takes a change in thinking, and in living. Weight loss and weight management coaching at Women’s Way offers a full breadth of support services for lasting success including our unique approach to building mind-body-spirit connections.

Weight loss coaching is offered by Registered Dietitian, Siri Khalsa-Zemel, Certified Personal Trainer, Frederic Leyd, and Psychologist/Life Coach, Annie Wills. All programs are offered in 12 week rotations. Your first 4 weeks with us requires you to come in to Women’s Way for two 45 minute sessions each week. This first month surrounds you with support, training, and skill building. The remaining 8 weeks bring you to Women’s Way once per week at a minimum. The cost for an initial 12-week rotation (16 sessions total) is $1,300 and payment plans are available.

Most women find that continued support and skill building is essential to long-term success. At the end of your first complete 12-week rotation, you will meet with your coaches to review successes, struggles, needs, and future direction. You will then have the option of continuing with subsequent 12-week rotations. The cost of a continued 12-week rotation is $975, $1425, or $1725 (price ranges reflect your commitment to come in 4, 6, or 8 times during each 4 week segment of your 12 week rotation).  Again, payment plans are available to break down the cost over the 12 weeks. 

Individual sessions are unique to each woman and focus on understanding the self, the body, the relationship with food, and how to move beyond these past patterns. Each session requires realistic goal-setting. Compassion, guidance, motivation, and unconditional support are always provided along the way, as well as a strong focus on results.  Staying accountable to the results happens in many ways, including weekly private weigh-ins, food diaries, exercise tracking, and behavioral self-monitoring. These elements are all a part of your own Personal Dashboard, which your coaches will review with you each 6 weeks during your initial 12 week rotation and each 12 weeks as you continue on your journey.
